 Special Security Features

All credit unions are required to implement strong security measures for electronic services such as home banking and bill payer services. These measures are referred to as Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) which means that the user is required to have more than just a single password or PIN in order to gain access to the services. 

Chesterfield Federal Credit Union has implemented such measures in order to protect you and your account from fraudulent activity as well as to assure you at sign-on that you are actually navigating to the CFCU website.

You will be asked to enroll in MFA security measures prior to granting electronic access to you. You will have the option to delay enrollment for up to three (3) times before you will be required to enroll.  After the third request to enroll, you will not have access to home banking or bill payer service.  This is for your protection and we encourage you to enroll during your first access.  

 
A user ID and password are required to log in to Net24 Home Banking. Services are provided through a secure connection. If you have difficulty logging in, click the Forgot Your Password link or call us at 804-748-1417.
